You assist customers with questions, complaints, and issues through effective communication and solution-oriented service. Additionally, the employee ensures the smooth processing of orders and supports administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Description

• Booking in of stock for order processing
• Comprehensive transport planning & adapting to frequent changes on daily basis
• High level of detailed admin with outbound orders and billing data to support client needs
• Liaison with singleclient customer account on a regular basis
• Production of standardized transportation paperwork including delivery notes to meet customer specifications
• Finishing & closing sales orders in client specific system
• Liaison with suppliers and external stakeholders
